June is the half way point of the year. There is no better time now to do a personal assessment to discover what progress you have made throughout the year and celebrate it. This is also a great time to find out how you can be improving in some other areas.
Make sure to set goals that require extra-ordinary effort, and can only be achieved by having faith in God. If your goals are not big enough that you have to trust God, then they are just a to do list.
Work like it depends on you, pray like it depends on God.
Our goals in life should evolve around fulfilling our God given purposes. God has blessed each one of us with talents, and it is our job to utilize these talents to the best of our ability for His glory. In order to do that we have to functioning at our optimal level, and experiencing life fully. For us to do so, we have to know what controls our experience and function?
According to every anatomy and physiology textbook, your nervous system is the master control system of your body. It controls and coordinates every function in your body, allowing you to experience life to the fullest.
The brain receives messages from every cell tissue and organ in your body so it can best allow you to survive and experience life.

When these bones shift out of position and become fixated, called a subluxation, this interferes with the normal transmission of the signals between the brain and the body.
When there is interference in your nervous system, you are not able to live life to your fullest potential.
