Delivered Event

Delivered is a community workshop centered on educating, empowering and encouraging women to plan and achieve their most optimal birth plan. Our goal is to encourage women to “take the wheel” on what will be one of the most meaningful and powerful journeys of their lives.

This will be the most impactful 10 months of your life. Changes in hormone levels, constant bathroom breaks, and soon-to-be extra people sitting at the dinner table. With these changes come many questions.

I have a pain right here. I am so sore. I have never felt so tired. Is this normal? My doctor said…

This workshop will help address many of the common questions that you have and provide local resources for you to create your birth team. This birth team can include your OB, midwife, doula, yoga instructor, chiropractor, and any other care givers.

We will help equip you to take the wheel of your pregnancy to have the birth that YOU desire.

**Childcare will be provided by Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency. Snacks will also be provided**
